Shomoul Holding Company is participating in the global Cityscape Exhibition in Riyadh from September 10th to 13th, with a comprehensive and distinguished pavilion to showcase the latest massive projects underway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

Avenue Riyadh is one of the significant real estate projects being developed by Shomoul in Riyadh, with a project value exceeding 16 billion Saudi Riyals. The Avenue Riyadh will reflect Salmani architecture, combining authenticity and modernity, with a design inspired by and reminiscent of the past through renewed development templates. It will stand as a landmark in the heart of Riyadh and feature modern designs within the complex, sustainable and green elements that align with Saudi Arabia's vision.
Avenue Khobar - Showcasing the Latest Designs
The Avenue Khobar is located in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Khobar City at the northwest corner of the intersection of King Saud Road and Prince Sultan Road. It spans a leasable area of 168,532 square meters.
The Avenue Khobar will feature 8 shopping areas, dedicated entertainment spaces, 10 cinema halls, as well as two towers. The first tower will house the Four Seasons Hotel, and the second will feature a Canopy hotel, one of Hilton's brands. Additionally, the project will include offices and conference rooms, along with parking spaces for over 6,000 vehicles. The Avenue Khobar will boast modern designs and sustainable and green elements that reflect the nature of the Eastern Region, all meeting the highest environmental and energy standards.
It's worth mentioning that this is the first time that the Cityscape Global Exhibition is held in Riyadh, in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Housing, and the Alliance Company. The exhibition provides a unique opportunity for companies, investors, and real estate enthusiasts to explore the latest developments and cutting-edge concepts in the world of real estate.
