Retal - ayala

Retal Urban Development has launched its third residential project in the western region and the fiftieth project across the Kingdom, the "Ayala" project in Al-Muhammadiyah district, northern Jeddah Governorate.

The project spans an area of 24,000 square meters and is distinguished by its strategic location on Salama Road. It consists of 60 villas with diverse designs that cater to the tastes and aspirations of customers, in a vibrant residential environment with integrated services that enhance a distinguished lifestyle.

Engineer Abdullah Al-Braikan, CEO of Retal, stated that the "Ayala Al-Muhammadiyah" project is one of the distinguished projects that will contribute to enhancing the quality of life in Jeddah city due to its numerous advantages, including its strategic location, proximity to all services and public facilities, as well as its modern design and unique architectural planning.

Engineer Al-Braikan emphasized that Retal takes pride in its developmental and promotional role, and its ongoing efforts to provide non-traditional residential products that reflect a modern lifestyle and meet the needs of families and individuals seeking excellence. He noted that "Ayala Al-Muhammadiyah" follows the success of previous projects, including "Ayala Al-Nakheel" in Khobar city, which has recently been completed and handed over.

The Ayala project allows clients to choose the specifications of their villa according to their taste and aspirations for their dream home through the "Build Your Home" platform. This modern online platform enables clients to review various design styles and select the most suitable artistic design based on their family’s needs and aspirations. It also offers the option to plan the home with a variety of designs for facades, spaces, and additional services such as a swimming pool and majlis, among others.
