Retal starts book-building for IPO, sets price range at SAR 112-120
Retal Urban Development Co. announced the price range and the start of the participating parties book-building period for its initial public offering (IPO), financial advisor SNB Capital said in a statement to Tadawul today, May 25.
SNB Capital is also the lead manager, bookrunner, and underwriter on IPO.
The price range for the offering was set between SAR 112 and SAR 120 per share, and the book-building period for participating parties will run through May 25-31, the statement said.
Retal Urban Development Co. plans to offer 12 million shares, representing 30% of the company’s SAR 400 million capital.
