Retal Sells 700 Residential Units in 96 Hours

Retal Urban Development accomplished a new achievement and a record number of sales in the Nesaj Town Riyadh project after selling 700 residential units within only 96 hours of its announcement. The achievement confirms customers’ trust in the company and reinforces the company’s winning of the Best Developer in the Kingdom Award during the Ministry of Housing’s 2019 Sakani Forum.

The rapid closing of the project’s sales is a success that Retal is proud of within its series of accomplishments and projects, which exceeded five thousand residential units distinguished by their quality and design.

Retal CEO Eng. Abdullah Al Braikan noted that accomplishing this major achievement under the current circumstances is a culmination of the company’s policies and methodologies.

“This achievement sheds light on Retal’s standards and commitment to construction quality and work transparency, which is in the interest of customers and achieves the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. These standards are followed due to Retal’s commitment to consolidate partnerships with all stakeholders and create residential communities that enrich the real estate market and enhance the quality of life,” he stated.

Located in the Al Jawan Suburb, the Nesaj Town Riyadh project was established in partnership with the National Housing Company. It is a new cultural addition to the capital due to the site’s characteristics, which combine international specifications and the clients’ needs by providing residential units of various sizes and designs that satisfy their aspirations and meet their needs with high quality and prices suitable for all.

These remarkable achievements by leading Saudi companies are a source of pride and give citizens more opportunities and greater quality; confirming Retal’s slogan on the National Day: “Building a nation that lives within us.”
