Building on the success of its Nesaj Town projects, Retal Urban Development Company, in collaboration with the National Housing Company, has announced the second phase of the Nesaj Town Safwa project.

Part of a nationwide drive to broaden residential choices across Saudi Arabia, the project was launched under the patronage of His Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Emir of the Eastern Province, alongside His Excellency Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

Retal’s latest project offers modern residential units designed to meet the needs of today’s Saudi families. With input from the National Housing Company, the complex is designed to provide a more optimal quality of living through access to reliable, long-term housing options, in line with Vision 2030’s target to increase homeownership to 70 percent of the national population by 2030.

Located within Safwa city’s Qamrah community, the complex’s high-end sports facilities and multi-use spaces, aim to meet the needs of all members of its residing Saudi families. The great convenience provided by the housing project’s comprehensive range of services is also bolstered by its close proximity to three major motorways. Built over an area of 98,767 square meters, its 356 villas come in a wide variety of designs.
