“Retal” launches “Nesaj Town Safwa” project in cooperation with the “National Housing”

Continuing the successes of the Nesaj Town series of projects, and in our effort to pursue continuous urban development by supporting the housing system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, and in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, "National Housing" launched its latest housing project "Nasaj Town Safwa" yesterday on Sunday the 28th of august 2022 in the city of Safwa - Qumra suburb in the Eastern Province.

In this project, we offer modern housing units, designed to suit the requirements of Saudi families, in cooperation with the National Housing; To create a residential community that provides quality of life and luxury for citizens; This, in turn, contributes to supporting the Saudi vision, which aims to raise the percentage of homeownership among citizens to 70 percent by 2030.

The new project is located east of the city of Safwa in the community of Qumra. The "Nasaj Town Safwa" project is distinguished by its multi-space designs, modern models that suit the needs of all Saudi families, and its strategic location near the main roads; To provide suitable housing for families, within residential communities with integrated services and facilities, on a total area of 98.767 square meters, and includes 356 residential villas, containing various models.

The CEO, Eng. Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Braikan: "This project falls within the series of Nesaj Town projects, which aims to secure optimal housing for the beneficiaries of the (sakani) program and comes in response to the aspirations of urban development pursued by the government that is providing projects aiming for the well-being and quality of life." He praised the concerted efforts and partnership with National Housing.
