Retal Concludes Its Role as a Diamond Sponsor at Cityscape 2024 with the Launch of Landmark Projects Worth SAR 14 Billion and Signing of 11 Agreements

Retal Urban Development Group successfully concluded its participation as a Diamond Sponsor at the Cityscape Global 2024 exhibition, held in Riyadh under the theme “The Future of Living.” Retal’s standout presence at one of the world’s largest real estate events solidified its position as a key player in Saudi Arabia’s urban development sector. The company announced a portfolio of projects exceeding SAR 14 billion, with sales launching for four of them during the exhibition. These projects include Nasaj Al-Fursan 2, Ewan Khuzam, Ewan Sidra 4, and Ewan Reghan, the latter being part of the exclusive Reghan Hills residential complex.

The projects span diverse areas of urban development, covering residential, office, and mixed-use spaces, as well as hospitality initiatives and advancements in real estate tech infrastructure.

Retal’s participation also featured the signing of 11 collaboration and strategic partnership agreements, underscoring the group’s forward-looking vision and active role in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. These partnerships included agreements with banks to introduce innovative financing solutions, alongside initiatives supporting architectural design innovation.

During Cityscape, over 1,200 families acquired residential units from Retal, with total sales exceeding SAR 2 billion. Additionally, more than 5,000 potential clients expressed interest in the group’s future projects, reflecting growing trust in Retal’s exceptional offerings.
