The Ministry of Housing has rated Retal Urban Development Company as the best developer in the Kingdom during the Housing Forum held by the Ministry in Riyadh, in which it invited all companies involved in the development of its projects within the Ministry’s partnership initiative with the private sector.

Retal was recognized by the Minister of Housing His Excellency Mr. Majid Al Hogail as the best developer in the Kingdom among 35 companies developing housing projects affiliated with the Ministry due to its commitment to quality and project timelines.

This recognition sheds light on Retal’s standards and its commitment to construction quality, transparency, and credibility, which is in the interest of beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing and reflects the company’s keenness to strengthen its partnership with the Ministry and create housing communities that enrich the real estate market. This is particularly relevant after the company’s initiative in building the facilities of the Nasaj Town project which includes a mosque with a capacity of 800 worshippers as well as retail exhibitions, a public park, and a multi-use hall serving the residents of the project.

This recognition is the first within the Ministry’s directives to create a competitive spirit that drives the completion of its housing projects and reflects positively on the beneficiaries of the Ministry and ensures that they obtain their first housing at the highest standards.

The Nasaj Town projects is a project by Retal Urban Development Company in partnership with the Ministry of Housing. It includes 674 residential villas in three different models with various financing solutions that target all segments of beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing.
