The cooperation will include studying and analyzing housing development programs and setting a future action plan to develop developmental housing products, which will result in the provision of housing solutions and ideas that serve beneficiaries and meet their needs.

The agreement is under the umbrella of the Sharqia Development Authority to ensure the achievement of balanced development in the Eastern Province.

Retal has developed more than 5,000 housing units in the Kingdom over the past few years.

Sakan seeks to empower the non-profit housing sector and create sustainable housing development solutions. It contributes to improving the quality of life of targeted families and has introduced several initiatives that contributed to raising the efficiency of the non-profit housing sector, such as the Housing Quality Platform, which serves the families most in need of housing.
