The Al-Fozan Social Foundation, in a strategic partnership with the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Development Fund, has launched the Al-Fozan Professional Excellence Project, aimed at empowering national talents in specialized sectors. The program's primary goal is to offer an intensive series of training programs to develop specialized skills and equip participants with the exceptional capabilities required in the job market. In its initial phase, the program will focus on training and qualifying national candidates for the role of "Assistant Teacher for Autism Spectrum Disorder" and facilitating their employment in autism centers, thereby enhancing these centers with specialized and qualified personnel.

The agreement's objectives include achieving a high localization rate by preparing leaders who can meet job market demands with competence and efficiency through targeted training, empowerment, and human resource development. Additionally, the partnership aims to reduce unemployment by enhancing beneficiaries' skills to align with employment requirements, ultimately supplying the job market with well-trained and specialized personnel.
