His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, inaugurated the “Marasi” residential project today at the Emirate headquarters. The event was attended by Abdullah bin Abdullatif Al Fozan, Chairman of the Board of Ratal Real Estate Development Company, accompanied by several company executives. 
 
His Royal Highness emphasized that providing suitable housing is a fundamental pillar for enhancing family stability and quality of life. He noted that the housing sector’s achievements have been driven by the generous support and attention of the Kingdom’s leadership, which has contributed to increasing homeownership rates and offering diverse housing options that meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families. 
 
He further explained that integrated residential developments play a vital role in creating modern urban environments equipped with essential services and facilities, thereby improving quality of life and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in building vibrant and sustainable communities. 
 
For his part, Al Fozan presented an overview of the project, highlighting its facilities and services designed to enhance quality of life and meet the expectations of families in line with the region’s comprehensive development goals. He noted that the project comprises residential land plots and fully serviced housing units planned according to the latest urban development standards. 
 
The project will also feature the largest central neighborhood park in the Eastern Province, designed as a vibrant public destination for residents and visitors alike. The park will accommodate a variety of community events and sports activities, reinforcing the concepts of human-centered urban planning and stronger social connectivity
