First Phase of Nesaj Town Residential Project Sold Out

First Phase of Nesaj Town Residential Project Sold Out

The first phase of the Nesaj Town project, which was implemented under the Sakani program in partnership with the private sector, has been sold out. With completion and implementation rates now standing at around 95%, the project features 674 housing units and sites dedicated to several service facilities.

Located in the Al Wajah Suburb in Dammam, the project’s units are available in three different models and span an area exceeding 190 thousand square meters, with unit prices starting from 530 thousand SAR.

Retal Urban Development CEO Eng. Abdullah Al Braikan confirmed that the project has witnessed great demand from Sakani program beneficiaries, with all units in the project’s first phase now sold out. He attributed this to the modern designs and suitable prices of the units, in addition to the procedures for reservation and purchase facilitated under the Ministry of Housing, represented by the Sakani program.

“The Nesaj Town project has impressed beneficiaries due to its fast completion rate, quality of execution, and provision of a lifestyle that meets the aspirations of Saudi families, in addition to its numerous sites dedicated to educational, commercial, recreational, and healthcare facilities. This success was reflected in the demand for the new Nesaj Town 2 project, which features 1,653 stand-alone villas and acts as an extension of the first phase. This world-class development is the product of the fruitful and effective partnership between the Ministry of Housing and the private sector in their shared drive to provide high-quality and reasonably priced housing units,” Al Braikan stated.

He also noted that the project considers the importance of living in an attractive and positive environment that features all the components for a good quality of life for individuals and families, in addition to building a community where people can enjoy a balanced lifestyle by fostering the right environment to support and create new choices that encourage Saudi families to participate in cultural, recreational, and sporting activities.

The Ministry of Housing’s Sakani program continues to deliver residential units to beneficiary families within the projects implemented with the private sector. This comes within the framework of providing more choices for citizens to enable them to obtain appropriate housing that meets their needs, thereby raising the percentage of homeownership to 70% by 2030 in line with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the key programs seeking to realize the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
