All 670 Rabiah Villas Reserved in 8 Hours
The Al Oula Real Estate Company announced the closure of villa reservations for the Rabiah Project in Al Jawan – Murcia 2 suburb north of Riyadh. The project was launched within the Oula Homes program, and its sales were launched on 15 November 2020 in cooperation with the National Housing Company.
The Sakani online platform received reservation requests in parallel with the Rabiah Sales Center at the integrated Sakani Center, which witnessed a heavy turnout of citizens wishing to own properties.
The Rabiah project features 670 standalone villas and spans a total of 178,014 square meters. Model 2 villas feature an area starting at 250 square meters while the area for Model 1 villas starts at 300 square meters, with the construction area ranging between 306.66-355 square meters.
The project is distinguished by its use of conventional concrete, which allows for expansion. It is also characterized by insulated building in line with the Saudi Building Code, as well as green parks that bring together the indoor and outdoor construction surfaces. This is in addition to modern external and internal designs designed according to a developmental vision that caters to the needs of modern Saudi families and their privacy, thereby contributing to enhancing quality of life in a healthy environment in line with Vision 2030.
