Al Oula Real Estate Development Company launched its housing development program in the cities of Saudi Arabia (Al Oula Homes) in cooperation with the National Housing Company, to include the implementation of 987 villas in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah on a total area of ​​262,514 square meters in the current phase.

Al Oula CEO Engineer Mohammed bin Abdulmohsen Al-Otaibi confirmed that Al Oula Homes Program represents the company's vision in creating residences according to a modern development vision based on long-standing experience, in order to achieve harmony between construction methods and the latest concepts of architecture engineering and interior design, with the aim of developing residential villas that promote modern life and meet the requirements of the Saudi family, its privacy, and its compatibility with the Saudi Vision 2030.

The CEO explained that Al Oula Homes Program includes Al Rabiah project, which is located north of Riyadh within Al-Jawan suburb - Murcia 2 on a total area of 178,014 square meters, and consists of 670 independent villas, and Al-Muhandia project, which is located north of Jeddah within Khyala suburb, on a total area of 84,500 square meters, and it consists of 317 independent villas that are implemented with the highest specifications to be the ideal accommodation for you and your family.

He added that we have worked to provide two design models to suit the beneficiaries’ options, as Model 2 offers a building area of 306.66 square meters and land areas starting from 250 square meters, while Model 1 provides a building area of 355 square meters and land areas starting from 300 square meters implemented on two and a half floors and each villa includes 4 bedrooms, a sitting area and a hall on each floor, a dining room, a kitchen, in addition to housemaid rooms, a driver's room, and at least 6 toilets. The spacious patio is decorated with a home garden that adds spaciousness and the rooftop spaces can be turned into an upper garden and a parking lot.
