Al-Oula Real Estate Development Company, through its “Al Oula Homes” Program, set a record completing 100% of the reservations of the 317 villas of Al-Muhannadiya Project within 25 minutes only. The reservation processes that were made available to the beneficiaries on Monday afternoon through the Sakani Electronic Platform and the Sales Center "located in Sakani Comprehensive Housing Center in Jeddah governorate, witnessed an exceptional turnout which was enhanced by the attractiveness of designs that provide independent villas fulfilling the requirements of privacy of the modern Saudi families.

As a part of Khayal Events, Engineer Mohammed Al-Batti, CEO of the National Housing Company, inaugurated the Sales Center of "Al-Muhannadiya" that is being developed by "Al-Oula Homes". The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Khaled Al-Fawzan, member of the Board of Directors of Al-Oula Real Estate Development Company, and Engineer Mohammed Al-Otaibi, CEO of Al-Oula Real Estate Development Company, who delivered the speech on behalf of the real estate developers. In the speech Engineer Al-Otaibi praised the efforts of the Ministry of Housing and the achievements of the National Housing Company in enabling citizens to own homes in a manner that meets the needs of various beneficiaries, Al-Otaibi also spoke about the speed of completion and facilitation of procedures, he explained that the introduction of the role of independent developers is an effective addition that keeps a pace with the Kingdom Vision 2030, integrating the role of the public and private sectors, to raise the efficiency of real estate developers, and the real estate products as well.

Al-Oula Homes Program is one of Al-Oula Real Estate Development Company’s programs in cooperation with the National Housing Company, to develop Al-Muhannadiyah Project in Khyala Suburb north of Jeddah, the project occupies a total area of​​ 84,000 square meters, for constructing of 317 independent villas, the villas areas range from 306 to 355 square meters on two and a half floors. Each villa consists of 4 bedrooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen and a hall in each floor, in addition to one room for the housemaid, another for the driver, minimum of 6 toilets, in addition to a patio, a home garden, and a car park.

Al-Muhannadiya villas are distinguished by the use of the usual, insulated and expandable concrete construction that is identical to the Saudi Building Code (known as the block building), in addition to the modern exterior and interior designs that were implemented according to a typical developmental vision which combines visual convergence with the harmony of the internal and external components of the villas, taking into account the needs of the modern Saudi family and its privacy, enhancing the quality of life in a healthy environment in harmony with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

“Al-Oula Homes” announced that the prices of Al-Muhannadiya Villas start from SR957,400.00. The owner will receive all basic guarantees which include 10 years on structure, concrete and insulation works, 5 years on electrical installations and water tanks, two years on tiles and floors, plumbing works, air conditioning extensions, internal and external doors, sanitary ware, in addition to a one-year warranty on paints.

Al-Oula Homes managed to break its previous record in completing the reservation process, which lasted for 8 hours in the Al-Rabiah Project in Riyadh. The reservations are made through the Sakani Platform under the supervision of the National Housing Company. The reception of beneficiaries and the completion of sales transactions and procedures are all continuing in Al-Oula Homes Pavilion at Sakani Comprehensive Centre - Auto Mall - King Abdulaziz Road.
