Qualification of retail sector leaders

The National Certificate of Retail Sales Skills program has worked to qualify young Saudis in retail skills; to acquire them the basic individual skills and to establish the concept of effective performance and positive behavior in the workplace in accordance with national and international professional standards. The program has also paid special attention to its sales operations, office procedures, customer service and computer applications used in the retail sector. The program provides intensive training courses covering the theoretical and practical aspects of the sector.
