The Al Fozan Facilitated Housing Project was launched with the aim of providing better living conditions for the largest number of low-income families in Saudi Arabia.

In 2021, and in a step that supports the endeavors of achieving the objectives of Vision 2030 in empowering the non-profit sector and achieving sustainability and social development of beneficiaries, Al Fozan Social Foundation program signed an agreement with the National Development Housing Foundation "Sakan", which included the provision of 178 housing units to provide housing solutions to the beneficiaries of the Joud Housing Platform.
